Public Art Sculpture

In early 2021 I was commissioned by Stonewater Housing Association to create a piece of public art for a new development 'Wheatfields' in Hanslope. The brief was to capture and represent the history of the beautiful Buckinghamshire village. I designed and sculpted a bas relief piece incorporating elements of the village's history including lace from the famous lacemaking in the local area, the clock designed by Jospeh Knibb, a local clockmaker, the beautiful wheatfields and agriculture of Hanslope and most importantly, the iconic landmark St James Church which I can see from my workshop window.
