SHIPPING & RETURNS
I am committed to providing you with the best shipping experience possible. All orders will be shipped out as soon as payment is cleared, from Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Our UK Standard Delivery typically takes 1 working day once despatched. Depending on the piece it might need a fresh polish or wax if it has been stored so please also allow a further day for this plus the specialist packaging.
Some products may take a little longer, this applies to individually commissioned or bespoke items, or items needing specialist packaging - for example a large or heavy sculpture may require crating. Details will be listed in each product listing. If an order is urgent I will always do my best to get it to you ASAP.

Return of Goods Policy
I have a clear returns policy to ensure a smooth process for my customers. If you need to return a product, please make sure to contact me via email at helena@helenacurry.co.uk to inform me of the return. I kindly request that you follow the proper procedure to ensure that your return is processed efficiently. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and the best customer service possible.
If your goods are damaged or faulty...
I take great care in ensuring that all of our sculptures are of the highest quality and packaged very carefully. However, if in the case your sculpture arrives damaged or faulty, to start a return please follow the instructions below.
You must notify me within 24 hours of delivery by sending me an email using our contact page enquiry form or by calling me on +44(0) 7867840358. Damaged items and their packaging should be retained for inspection by our carrier. Please also take photos and include these with your email. We will arrange to have the item collected and a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.
Other returns...
To be eligible for a return for any other reason other than damage your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In this instance I will not be able to refund the shipping costs and the costs of returning the item will be the customer responsibility.
To return your purchase please pack the goods securely in a the original shipping box and affix the returns label issued via email to the outside of the box and post them back to us. We recommend that a tracked delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the full item costs is used for high value items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us.
Please make sure that you return the goods in saleable condition including the certificate of authenticity.
Once we have received the goods we will confirm your refund and payment will be made within 7 days.
